INTRODUCING CERAMCO "WEBINAR" TECHNICAL TRAINING
Dentsply Ceramco is expanding its training methods with opportunities for labs and dentists to receive product training and technique information by way of "Computerized Audio/Video" sessions called "Webinars". This cutting-edge technology provides Dentsply with a new and exciting educational method to customize and reduce laboratory expenses for in-house technical training.
The Technical Department at Dentsply Ceramco is operating a pilot program in which a laboratory can arrange for a "Webinar" Training Program. This pilot program will be more widely available in the coming year and will expand to Trubyte and Austenal training. The laboratory (or other attendees) only need an on-line computer with a high-speed connection and a speaker phone. Options include an LCD projector for viewing in groups. The attendee has full inter-active participation, can ask questions and receive answers directly from the presenter. Sessions consist of presentations in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs PLUS live video demonstrations.
