Ultracrown™ HG
In response to increases in the price of gold, DENTSPLY Prosthetics has developed a more affordable high gold alloy with a warmer appearance. Ultracrown™ HG (#13143003) is a high noble alloy (74.4% Gold, 7.9% Palladium, 9.7% Silver) that can be used to fabricate single unit to six unit bridges. The features of Ultracrown HG are:
- Light oxide for easy opaque application
- Excellent biocompatability
- Yellow color at lower cost
- Honey tint enhances the warmer appearance of the final restoration
- Promotes vitality
- Strong enough to support six unit bridges
- Recommended for Ceramco II Silver and other high-fusing porcelain systems
