Duceram® Kiss
|
Technical Data:
- Duceram Kiss is compatible with Duceram Plus ...
- CTE Duceram Kiss dentine : 13,0 µm/m.K
- CTE range alloys : 13,8 – 15,4 µm/m.K
- Firing temperature dentin 1+2 : 910 / 900 °C
- Powder opaque for the Spray technique available
|
 |
6 Good Reasons For Using Duceram Kiss:
- Economic Efficiency
- Reduced assortment
- Only fast moving powders in the assortment
- Fast firing cycles due to higher heating rate
- No long term cooling in combination with concept alloys
- Time saving during layering due to the 3 powders layering technique
- Low investment for the Lab due to the small assortment and comparatively low entry costs
- Save color-reproduction due to the optimized coloring of the opaques and dentins in correlation to the v-shades
- Due to combining different characteristics into one powder, like we did for the Power Chromas, it was possible to make the assortment so small
- Aesthetic
- The opal incisal powders are completely reworked and patented
- In the past the opal effect was generated by small grains of zirconium oxide. The new opal effect is produced due to an decomposition inside the porcelain
- Processing Reliability:
- By using classical high fusing veneering ceramics the opal effect is loosing his properties after several firing cycles
- By using Duceram Kiss the opal effect is absolutely firing stable
- DeguDent Kiss:
- No long term cooling due to low CTE
- High distortion resistance, hence ideally suited for extensive implant restorations
- Fast firing cycles possible ( 80 °C/min )
- Light-colored oxide
