Vulcan® Benchtop Furnaces
Vulcan® Benchtop Furnaces are available in three standard and one high-temperature muffle sizes.
Venturi air exchange is available on selected models. Digital models have nine multistage programs, a hold
temperature control with temperatures ranging up to 1225oC (2237oF).
Each Vulcan® is constructed with a heavy gauge steel cabinet finished with durable baked enamel
coating. A vertical lift door is standard for operator safety and space conservation.

3-550A - 3-1750A Air Exchange Furnace
Pre-heated air is drawn through the heating chamber using an exclusive air venturi exhaust design. The
result is that combustion gases are more rapidly exhausted, increasing combustion uniformly and furnace
life. The furnace is designed to meet AStm D3174 specifications. To the right is the rear view of a

3-400HTA High Temperature Benchtop Furnace
This furnace offers a programmable controller, protected heating elements and thermocouple, venturi air
exchange and RS-282 communication port. Maximum temperature is 1225oC.

3-550PD Vulcan® Model
You can now concentrate on the task of material handling using both hands, the Neytech Vulcan®
Model 3-550PD is the first and only muffle furnace with automatic door operation. Door activation is achieved
by a remote switch closure.

These benchtop furnaces feature a three-step multi-stage
programmable system for management of time, temperature and
rate. Three-step program can be linked for six-stage operation
